About Us

Established in 1965, the Delburne and Districts Light Horse Association is a family‑focused riding club built on a love of horses, good company, and getting outside together. We believe riding should be fun and accessible, which is why our events are welcoming, low‑pressure, and affordable for riders of all ages and experience levels. Whether you enjoy going fast and being competitive or prefer to take it easy and enjoy the ride, our club lets you choose your own level of competition. We host a variety of events throughout the year, including gymkhanas, cattle sortings, and horsemanship events, with something for everyone to enjoy. Run by a volunteer board and supported by great members, we’re proud to offer a place where friendships grow, laughter is common, and everyone feels comfortable saddling up and joining in.
